Terms & Conditions for Merge Anything

Welcome to Merge Anything! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Merge Anything (the “Game”), developed and operated by Wuriyanto (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or play the Game.

1. License & Use of the Game

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible mobile device owned or controlled by you.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Game or any part thereof.
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
  • Exploit the Game or any of its parts for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

2. In-Game Features & Rewarded Advertisements

  • Gameplay Mechanics: The Game contains interactive mechanics, including optional features (such as extra “Shakes”) that may be unlocked by watching voluntary rewarded advertisements.
  • Third-Party Ads: Advertisements within the Game are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). We do not guarantee the availability of ads at all times, nor are we responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party advertisers.
  • No Monetary Value: In-game items, abilities, or currencies (if any) are virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, real-world goods, or services.

3. Game Progress & Saved Data

  • Local Storage: All your game progress, settings, and high scores are stored locally on your mobile device.
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible or liable for any loss of game progress or saved data caused by uninstalling the Game, clearing app cache/data, device failure, or transferring to a new device.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Game—including but not limited to source code, graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, audio tracks, game mechanics, logos, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Wuriyanto.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Game other than the limited personal use license described in Section 1.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Guarantees that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the Game is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wuriyanto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, loss of device functionality, or personal injury—arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Game.

7. Changes to the Game & Terms

  • Game Updates: We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game (including gameplay features, balances, or ad integrations) at any time without prior notice.
  • Terms Revision: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
